    Why is this item marked in the list as being [resolved]?

    Robert M--Agree with you. But, as far as I know, only the starter of the thread or the mods can mark a thread as Resolved (under Thread Tools at the top of the first post). So trixie54 probably did it. If not, a mod may " 'fess up' ".

    I agree with you. All too often we do our best to help someone out, and they'll stop responding in their thread without ever saying "thanks" or telling us if and how their problem was solved. Frustrating, isn't it?

    Robert - if you'll re-read the thread... trixie54 thought it was fixed....Then came back and said it wasn't....It's still a work in progress (i removed the resolved part)
