Hi All,

been readind here a lot but no time to post in a long time but have a dilemma. I have a windows 2000 server with mainly XP pro workstations. One user for some reason had another users folder show up in My Computer instead of her but there was no reason for this. I went thru all the settings with a fine tooth comb and could find nothing linking it to that account. This user did not want it so I deleted the account and made a new one with the same name.

one the workstation, there are now 3 versions of the user.

user.domain
user.domain.000
user.domain.001

plus adiministrator and local user account.

this user said they had email this morning on Outlook express but I can't find any info that backs this up. I copied the application data, desktop, faves etc. but there is nothing. Any idea how to do this - find the messages and the address book? I did a search for the .wab file but there is only one at 173kb and I was told there were lots of address here. This user had no profile set up on the server.
