Get on the phone and have them walk you through the registry and remove the damage.
Use a nic and not USB. Because when USB messes up, you are going digging in the regs to get things straightened out.

so i gotta call bt voyager tech help and tell them the problem and they will take me through it?
added: just called them and they were no help at all, they just said the drivers are not compatable. So how do i stop the computer making the dull bing bong says its unrecigzed?

the bt voyager 1055 uses a broadcom chip. as bt have not managed to create vista drivers yet heres a quick fix to get your usb wireless adapter working. delete the bt drivers from vista find and download the Belkin vista drivers for their f5d7501 wireless usb ( it uses the same broadcom chip) install the driver and restart vista,, in the taskbar you will now see A wireless icon doubleclick on it to connect to a wireless network and enter your ssid
et voila your bt voyager is now working under vista....
best regards
