    Seeking autoresponder script/snippet

I want HTML or Javascript code that I can insert into a webpage that allows visitors to choose subscription, and for me to automatically send a confirmation or removal e-mail message or page, even if they change their minds at any time. I'd also like to send consecutive messages at intervals to approving subscribers as well. I'm trying to bypass ads that appear in free autoresponders messages and not having to pay for fancier autoresponder features which I don't need. My form is basically complete, but I can't figure out how to do the above.

I already have a form which prompts for:

    Title
    Name
    E-mail address
    Mailing address
    Reason for visit
    Comments
Submit/Refresh buttons ("Submit" leads to "Thank you page")
Check box for "Add me to mailing list"

My computer uses Windows XP home edition, AOL ISP, MSIE, Netscape browsers. I use Alleycode HTML editor which includes some form and script features, but I'm not familiar with them. I'd appreciate your help. Thanks.

Sorry, neither HTML nor Javascript can do that. Neither is capable of mailing anything.

Within an autoresponder, I can direct inquirers who enter their names and e-mail addresses on a website, to a custom form in HTML, which prompts for further info. When they click "Submit," the form's template file allows this info to be passed to my e-mail address, so I can answer their inquiries promptly. At the same time, the inquirer's names and e-mail addresses are stored with the autoresponder.
