    Help... Again

So, I reinstalled windows, and still WIN3Ksys, and other just random codes, and other assorted files still showing up on a blue screen, much more often. I just can't figure out whats wrong. is it my drivers? I don't think so... I reinstalled windows with no drivers... and still got the blue screen. I replaced my CMOS battery, and now it just says "CHECKSUM error, using defaults" every time. Should I just get a new Motherboard, and format the hard-drive, or what?

Also, do you think some of the harm causing files (if you haven't seen my other post, none of this happened until a month after i installed this Vista skin that basically revamped my whole system) are still there? if so, I have two partitions, I'm just going to install another one on my other partition on my hard-drive.

Thanks already, you guys are the best!

The read-only memory (ROM) containing the BIOS program is protected by a checksum value as a double-check that the ROM code is correct. This checksum is compared against the values in the ROM each time the PC is booted and if there is a mismatch, this code is generated.

Remove the motherboard battery for a few minutes and then re-install it. That should but if it does not, then the BIOS ROM chip on the motherboard is probably faulty. It could also be another component on the motherboard.

    Recommendation: Troubleshoot the motherboard.
