    Re:Error Message

Hello All, i use tesco as my main email provider, though this will change soon as i can change all my main websites where i provide an email address to.

I have a big problem with them, don't know if anyone here uses Tesco for email as i used to be with them, but changed.

    Error message, Session invalid.

I had to call the 0906 twice they sorted it by Re-Submitting my Username and Password to the server, then told me if it happens again, to call the 0845, 5p a minute is better than the 50p per minuter, but, should have sorted it by now, and blame my computer as being the problem.

No caps locked, all lower case password and username, get into my Bank ok, and all other places.

    Anyone know whats happening?

Accused them off trying to make a profit out of me, you never know do you?

    Thanks for any help, GEP

Are you saying that you no longer use Tesco as your ISP? If so that is the problem, as you cannot normally log into one ISP's email servers from another ISP. It would leave them wide open to spam otherwise.

    Re:Tesco

Hello Supersparks, i used to have Tesconet as my ISP, then AOL, now NTLWorld broadband.

Had Tesco as my main email address and have done so with no problems till Thurday just gone. Its been 5 years since i left them as an ISP server and have only now had problems.

I only collect emails via there website. I can collect them through OE, but now have the same problem as through there website.

So leads me to think they are doing it deliberately as my many phone calls to them are not sorting things out.

Changing all my email addresses that companies have to my NTL account, a pain, but must be done.

Go to Asda (wall-mart) for my shopping from now on, that'll cut there massive profits down, lol.

    Thanks, GEP
