Exclamation Please post driver downloads here

As more drivers are now being made available, it would be useful to post links here. Please state if the drivers are for Vista x64 or x86, or both.

Tried downloading the Radeon Catalyst driver for RC-1 (32-bit) from ATI's site, but it wouldn't install. I thought that was the version I had. Anybody else have trouble with this driver? Where can I check which version I have (excuse my ignorance)? I suppose I could always just try the 64-bit, then the full version....but I'm lazy.

Never mind...it was the UAC that was interfering, but it wasn't readily apparent from the error message I was getting.

    I have a NOOBish question.

when a mobo manufactor supplies X64 drivers, are these XPPro X64 drivers suitable for Vista?

My own limited experience tells me that Vista x86 booted fine into setup on an ITEraid array what needed X64 driver floppy for the OEM pro X64 I have here..
BUT... What if there is no natively supported driver, and the site has an X64?

are there issues with Vista for x64 drivers like with version Quality Lab driver signing policy?
Hey Bistro, we're the few still loping on the slopes of pentium mountain.
I perceive a tautology in core two 2, and pentium as a word is but gone?

    Kind regards, Jaak.

When I pull my bootstraps, why don't I load Windows?

As far as I know, most WinXP x64 drivers work OK in Vista, Jaak, but they do have to be signed. Vista x64 is rigidly enforcing a policy of driver signing, which may bring us some pain in the short term, but should lead to much better stability in the longer term, once the hardware manufacturers accept that that's how things are going to be.

I don't have a specific link because you need to input your model number, but Epson has drivers for their newer printers for Vista, and a statement below for their older equipment:

To add to what I posted about Epson printers. I just bought a new printer this week (Epson photo R260) and downloaded and installed the Vista drivers for it. No problems installing and the printer seems to work faster in Vista than XP.
