schedule jobs not working
Hello, I hope someone can help me here.
I have been backing up in the same way for a few years without any problems.
Then one day last week, My NT server stopped backing up automatically, based on the schedule I set up at the beginning.
No settings were modified.
The tape and drive work fine because when I do a manual backup, there are no problems.
It is just the automatic backup that quit working for some reason. I am stumped. Anyone have any suggestions?

Scheduled Tasks will have a log file that may help. The scheduled task runs with the credentials of a user account. Has this account changed? Does the account still have permission to run it?
The only barrier to knowledge is the perception that you already have it.

Are you using NTBackup or a 3rd party software such as Veritas?

That was the tip that allowed me to find the answer.
