    2.5" HDD in desktop PC

    I'm trying to add 2.5" (laptop) HDD to desktop PC with adapter. Any idea how to connect it

    photolady, if you want to attach 2.5" (small laptop hdd) to desktop PC) you need small adaptor between hdd and grey ribbon cable. Have you ever seen such adapter?

    Sure, I have one. It's called an IDE to 2.5" drive adapter. You connect this to your laptop drive, then connect your flat gray cable and power connecter to the power adapter on the 2.5" adapter. I'll show you one from newegg but newegg doesn't ship to AUS.
