Remembering a lost but not forgotten member

I was thinking about davea4 and thought it must be close to a year since we've lost him. I did a search and this seems to be one of his last posts.

That was truely a sad day at VDR. I remember it well when we all found out the news. He was very talented, and will not be forgotten by the older ones at VDR. Atleast he will live on with the help of VDR and all the people on here.

Thanks for the reminder Stev-rey, and thanks for the link to Helen's thread Ghouldini - I saved the thread to a text file but haven't seen it in awhile.

I still think about Dave and his family often while I'm looking through the topics. The loss of a friend who I never met in person put things in a better perspective for me personally.

Gosh has it been a year!!!
I've often thought of davea4. When my double #1 best buddy went in December I thought of how much davea4's wife must have hurt.
I didn't know davea4 personally, but enough to feel really really sad... even today.
