    Motion Pixels Codec--error

I installed a tv-card and everything works except, when I play back a capture show, I get no sound and I get this message below.

I googled it, but didn't understand how to correct the problem. Thanks for any help in advance

    Title - Motion Pixels Codec
Message - Device driver MVIDDNT is not started. Please reinstall Motion
    Pixels!

Did you check the cd that came with the card to see if that codec was on it?

I did get on the web, some codec, it eliminated the error message and plays the video, but no sound comes out

Humm, does the manufactor of the card have a FAQ section under support? That nproblem may just be covered there.

My first though is the sound is there and you do not have the correct codec or the sound is to low for the card to amplify high enough to hear.

just got it figured out. beside the codec, the setting on the card was too low.

    the FAQ was really bad
