    Ok, well just got new memory

    and the computer is finally running!! I'm posting from it, and it's AWESOME

    really, besides the graphics card and PCI devices, and mobo, what other drivers do I have to install?
    SPECS:
    Motherboard - ASUS A8N5X ATX
    Memory - Crucial Ballistix Tracer
    PSU - Antec TRUEPOWERII 550w.
    Processor - AMD Athlon 64 3700+
    HDD - Seagate 250 Gig. 7200.8.
    Video Card - XFX 7900GT (Extreme Edition... Yum)

    can someone please help me out? Sorry, I'm just really anxious to play BF2 ;P

    Besides the ones mentioned, none i can think of, if it's XP and you're happy with XP using its own when you add more peripherals, then go enjoy BF2.....nice case btw, is it the black or blue version?

    Black. I love it too, besides the fact it's tool-less .

    Also, the 30 day registration doesn't seem to find my internet connection!

    would I have to open up ports for it to connect to the server?

    No you shouldn't need to. Go to Control Panel>Network Setup Wizard and you should be able to set up your connection there.

    I know. My connection is fine. (I'm posting from it) But it keeps displaying the fact it can't connect to a server.

    It's possible that the activation server may have gone down I suppose. What firewall are you using?
