Is it showing in BIOS and in Windows? If not, did you set the jumpers on the back of the drive correctly?

We did set the Jumpers right, but it is not showing up in Windows or BIOS.

In what way doesn't it work?
Does it show in Device Manager? Does it show in Windows Explorer? Does it show in Disk Management?
We can't help much unless we have some information to work with
Nick.

You may want to try a new data cable too.(IDE)
