    configuration

My new motherboard is Asus A7N8X-X with Chipset nVIDIA nForce2 400 which operates a processor AMD Athlon XP, 2083 MHz (12.5 x 167) 2800+ , to setup the BIOS I need to know how to set up the side bus frequency, currently when the PC starts I can read on the starting bios page that the frequance is set to 200MHz is it possible to set it up to 400MHz? If yes how? or is it correctly set up

The 200 is correct. That's because it's double pumped so to speak. 200x2, equals 400.

That 200MHz is referring to the memory bus. The FSB for a Barton-cored 2800+ should be set to 166MHz, which yours currently is. All your settings are bang on at the moment.
