DVD + RW not recognized
I tried to copy some videos I keep on my hard drive to a cd I purchased. It's a DVD+RW. It's not recognized on either of my computers. I can copy the videos to a regular CD+RW, but it only holds 700mg, compared to the 4.7 G!! of the DVD+RW.
Is there any software that would enable me to do this or is it a function only of the drives on my computers? Thanks.

you do need a DVD writer. A CD writing drive won't work. They aren't too expensive. You can get a good one for around 50 dollars or so.
Just for comparison/examples...

No problem. If you're thinking of buying one you can ask in the hardware forum for some recommendations. I have an LG GSA 4163B drive which works well and is not expensive. It's about a year old.
