Burning MP3s in the order I want them
Is there a program that allows one to burn mp3 files onto a disc in the order I want. I've used Nero, WMP, and Roxio. Everytime I try to burn as MP3 or data disc, it automatically puts them in alphabetical order. I want to burn the disc in the order I add the files. Is this possible? Do I need another program? Thank you

You will need to give them a numeric prefix eg 01, 02, 03, 04 ,05 etc
don't start with 1, 2, 3, 4 etc or they'll end up as:
1
10
11
.
.
2
20
21
22
.
.
3
4
5
etc
7
8
9

Thanks Nix for the info. Seem kinda idiotic for the burning programmers to design the program still like this knowing that many players/cars can play mp3s. I don't want to number 150 songs by hand.

Hmm.
I use Easy CD Creator 5.0 Platinum to rip my mp3s and it doesn't use track number, bascially I do it after it has ripped an album.
My MP3 player (Creative MuVo2) came with some software that didn't do it either, when a new version was released that had the cabability it would freeze my OS I haven't tried the latest version of the software.
The other option if your player support it is to use playlists.

Update.
I was using ECDC 5 Platinum to day on an XP machine here at work and I saw that the track number seems to be part of the MP3 tag.
So maybe the softare used inthe MP3 players needs to be update to use the track number instead of just the alphabetised track name
