reg key for keyboard language module?
Anybody know the key to set this up? Would it be configured for every user that logs in?
I could leave instructions for everyone that logs in but this seems impractical for multiple workstations....

The Keyboard registry settings must be changed in
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload
