When you look in Device Manager, does an entry for Bluetooth wireless appear?
How to access Device Manager:

If this is a laptop, make sure that Bluetooth is turned on. Post the make and model of the computer so we can see how to do that for your PC.

Yes it does appear, and when it is expanded 4 devices can be seen. It is a Dell Inspiron I5. I was able to add a BT mouse a few days ago., but not now.

I opened the Dell Bluetooth trouble shooter and ran it. Here is my problem. I opened Settins> Bluetooth>Check pairing settings> Bluetooth and pairing settings. But the Option to turn Bluetooth DOES NOT Show.
I have ordered a USB Bluetooth adapter in case I cant get the built in to work.

Have a look in BIOS to make sure Bluetooth is enabled.

VirtualDr email notices are not working.
Check back regularly for responses.
