Can get Gmail via browser but not in MS Outlook

After an issue with accidentally creating a new Windows login, I can (still) receive my Gmail on a browser. But when I try to pull in my Gmail in Outlook, it says it cannot reach the server.

I am including an attachment of a screenshot of the window with the error messages. What can I do to resolve this?

I'm guessing you're using the new Windows login...AND that you're pointing at the PST file from the OLD Windows ID....

The new ID needs to get "Ownership" of the folder where the old PST file is..... or move it if you can to a newly created folder.
