    Does the guy in the pic have the cooler the right way round?

    When he gets done installing the fan, he says see! it doesn't cover any RAM slots. But on my mobo it does cover the first slot.

    1) Is the picture correct?

    2) Assuming I'm not going to use the covered RAM slot, does it matter? If I use slots 2 and 4 (64 gig) who cares right?
