It hasn't been officially updated or supported for almost 20 years although there have been some independent software teams that have tried to keep it viable since then... (at least until 2022/3). So I doubt too many people use it especially considering how unsafe it might be to run any software that isn't continually updated for online safety issues.

I was hopeing that there might be a user aboard. My wife & I have been using it for 40 plus years & really like it for its simplicity. However, adding it to a new device while keeping all the mailbox, transfer, address book is a defeated purpose. installing a new Eudoa to a device is a simple task but you dont get the history stuff as I mentioned.
According to what I read on the web, its supposed to be simple, but I have spent hours searching for those hidden files to no avail.

Have you had a look at this page? You'd be looking for .TOC and .MBX files. You may need to set up your new computer's file search function to show system files.

fink, thanks for your input.. BEEN THERE DONE THAT!
I have viewed all those sites to no avail. It just blows me away that I cannot find any Eudora files! There a dozen or more companies that I envoices from 2 to 3 years back.
There hundreds of saved emails that are listed. When I launch Eudora, I have it all there at my fingertips, but yet I cannot find where they are stored. I know they talk about .TOC & .MBX files, but mine show nothing that is current.
There is supposed to be a converter that would convert these file for readability but I have not ventured it that as yet...........
