regsvr32 issues

I got errors from Macrium because .dlls were not registered. So I began registering a few when the regsvr32 utility stopped working.

I think the meat of the error was VSS_E_UNEXPECTED_PROVIDER but there were a few 0x errors as well. I've got a feeling that if I fix the right error, the others will vanish too.

So, how do I fix the regsvr32 utility? Is there a global, easier way, like installing the components again? Don't know what I'm talking about but I can't get a backup without the VSS.
