    MSI i7 laptop update screen is stuck

    The screen that says 'Do not turn off your computer' is stuck at 7%. I don't know the exact model but I've tried F2, F5, F8 - nothing gets me into safe mode. It would be an easy fix if I could get in but that blue update screen comes up no matter what I press.

    Any suggestions? Thanks - rev.

    Update: The machine gave up and said 'Can't install updates' now it's trying to undo any changes that were made. I'll just wait.

    What version of Windows is on this computer? If it is Windows 11, the latest version update has numerous issues that can prevent installation.

    Did the machine manage to successfully undo the changes, or is it still stuck in the loop?
