I have Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 Outlook

All of a sudden there is one email I get from an individual from hotmail account that goes to spam. I have been getting email from this person for years but all of a sudden it goes to spam. I have went to my spam folder and right clicked on the email, selected not junk and it already shows this individual as a trusted email but within seconds the email is back in my spam.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Most spam filters are junk. If there is something, like a link or an attachment or an image, in the email that the spam filter does not like, it goes to spam.

What email service provider are you using for YOUR email account? They may be the ones spamming the email.

I am using outlook which pulls in my gmail account. There is nothing but text. This just all of a sudden started. For years I have been getting this person emails.

Next time select the option "Never Block Sender's Domain."
