    HP6700 Printer problem

    One of my spreadsheet files will not print. I am able to print off all my other spreadsheets and text documents ...all except for this one spreadsheet file (a small one). I've rebooted the printer....changed the file name...but the file goes into the queue but won't print. No Error messages. Suggestions, please

    What version of Windows are you using?

    What version of Office (2003, 2007, 2013, 2016, 2019, 365)?

    If you have reasonably new versions, and the spreadsheet is not too large, you could print it to a .pdf file and then try printing the .pdf file to the HP printer.

    Did you double check to make sure the PRINT RANGE is set properly?
    If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.
