I have seen one other instance of someone having your issue, but I have not found a fix for it. The link below shows another user with the issue:

Do not try any of the suggested fixes, as they are not likely to work and could just cause more problems.

As far as cancelling your Azure login requests, you will not be able to do that since you can no longer log in. Someone else would have to do it for you. See the link below:

The only other method would probably be a Windows re-install.
