possible to make recovery drive on USB flash 32bit ?

I have a 32bit ESDflash dr.28gb, possible to load on it from the 64bitHD W10 a recovery drive? So if the screen goes black I can reinstall W10? does it matter if is only 32bit.?

Flash drives should be able to hold the installation files for either 32-bit or 64-bit Windows.
