Download folder
What ho one and all,
I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 with Android 7.1.
A couple of places where I go for shopping, offer a digital receipt which occasionally, I want to keep. These receipts are saved to the Downloads folder, but on the phone, I am unable to find this folder. When plugged into my PC, I can just about find it by checking many folders.
Using the phone screen, where do I find the Download folder?
Thanks and toodle pip

If you're using the Samsung browser open it and tap the three bars at the bottom/side to get a number of options including the downloads folder. Firefox tap the three dots top right for similar options.
It's not that different on a computer.. the symbols may be changed.
More on other Samsung phone file folders...

VirtualDr email notices are not working.

Hello! I also have a Samsung Galaxy, a different model, but they are usually the same. So, you can find the downloaded files as follows: on the screen you will see the "my files" folder, click on it, then you will see "downloads", click on this icon and you will see a list of downloaded files.
In such a situation, it is also convenient to take a screenshot, it will be stored in the gallery and will be easier to find.

Thanks. Don't have a My File Icon on the various screens but as finks suggested above, hit the Samsung icon and there is My Files.
