Rarely used it and the only thing I use it for now is for late night streaming network sports radio talk shows that I can't get on my clock radio. Problem is the audio is always distorted. I've tried many things to sort it out but I think it's just garbage... reinstalling/updating/rolling back drivers (it's running win 10 earlier version (1607) because later win 10 versions are incompatible with its Atom processor), adjusting audio output levels, using different powered speakers, different browsers.. it's always just REALLY annoying to listen to 5-10% distortion all the time.
Maybe should have left Win 8 on it but when I was asked to upgrade to Win10 years ago I just went ahead. Too late to go back now since the partition with Win 8 backup on it was deleted many years ago.
So unless anyone has an idea what to try to fix it, it's time to buy a new, basic, inexpensive tablet to replace it. Budget is around $100. Seems that only Android based tablets are available in that range but whatevs.
There are many available on Amazon etc but I have no idea which ones would be decent and reliable... audio reliability being top of the list since I doubt I'd ever really need it for HD graphics I just want a 21st century streaming radio. Here are two of many that I've looked at and bookmarked..
Those Amazon Fire devices get a lot of print and a few recs but you can only use their own Silk browser on them. They don't allow extensions at all and serve up ads for Amazon to boot.
I bought an Amazon 4K Firestick a few months ago.. really unwieldy to use with their very minimal remote control device. It also has a Silk browser but it's really difficult and slow to try out because you have to type URL's with an on screen display one letter at a time using a back and forth, up and down cursor. It has voice control but only for apps and show/program titles not for addresses. ugh.

As of right now I'm still experimenting with ways to lessen the distortion and save a few bucks. I've found that if I reboot daily, plug/unplug the jack to the speakers and run Ccleaner to clear cache/etc the distortion lessens just to a point where it's listenable.
It has to be all of those things at once.. not just one or two of them. Unplugging the jack makes me think it might be at least partly a hardware thing.. I've cleaned the headphone output jack more than once with contact cleaner so it's probably not dirt/corrosion.
Still, it's all a pain in the butt.

In looking for a Windows 10/11 tablet with decent specs, it is difficult to find anything that has a reasonable price. Laptops are a better value and are upgradable. The tablets I have seen have 4 GB of memory (8 GB would be much more usable), and 128 GB of drive space (256 GB would be more usable).
