    Windows 10 setup - cannot get past Welcome to BAT!

    Hi,
    This is a problem that has be coming up more and more often for me recently. (I buy and sell laptops in my spare time)

    When installing windows (10) I keep getting stuck on this screen saying:

    Welcome to BAT!
    Enter your BAT email

    Does anyone know of a way past this?

    Try creating new installation media. Sounds like the one you're using has been altered in some way.

    The Bat! is a third party email client. It's not part of Windows.

    Like fink said, download a clean installer image.
