Lost internet connection after win10 update

This afternoon I had the little coconut on task bar of a new update waiting to be installed. Installed rebooted and found out I lost my internet both wireless and Ethernet cable.
Tried restore from earlier/ failed .
Did all the troubleshooting including dns flush / ipconfig /release and ipconfig / renew .
Tried to uninstall the updated driver Microsoft installed on today’s update.
All this still no Internet. Tried to hotspot my iphone to wireless , it also failed,
Tried safe mode with network and it worked ! So it’s not my router, not my wireless, the safe mode method I had Ethernet disconnected. Took two screen shots here.
Any help , I googled as much as I could from Microsoft But fear i may have take in this pc to workshop.

You said you "tried" to uninstall the updated driver... did you succeed? Did you roll it back? Was it a network driver?

VirtualDr email notices are not working.

Try manually configuring your DNS server settings. I'm currently using Cloudflare DNS but have used Google and OpenDNS in the past.

"sidemode" do you mean safe mode?

Are you using a VPN? What antivirus do you use? Try bypassing that.
