Speaking of Temperatures.... This is my favorite new toy/tool:
ThermoPro TP60S Digital Hygrometer Indoor Outdoor Thermometer Wireless Temperature and Humidity Gauge
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
True Story: I purchased the above for the Humidity Gauge.... I had been researching getting a DEhumidifier to help with this Florida Heat and Humidity.
The gauge helped me determine that on a hot day and my A/C running, my inside humidity was a low 40 %'ish. I decided that spending a 100 bucks wouldn't be worth it.... BUT, as luck would have it, a Lady posted on Nextdoor that she had a never been opened $350 dollar dehumidifier for $50.00 .... I couldn't help myself and am now the proud owner of a dehumidifier.
I bought it rather late in the season...so the jury is still out as to it's effectiveness. But, it will pull a gallon of water out of the air in a few hours. <<stay tuned>>
Anyone have any comments on dehumidifiers? On one hand they do use electricity but on the other hand, theory has it my a/c will work less hard.

Everywhere I have lived I've used at least one dehumidifier. They do help. The only thing I don't like is having to empty the bucket manually. The one at the cottage has a hose that goes directly to a drain in the basement. Both of the ones here are draining into sump pumps in the basement on either of the house. And all of these can be controlled from our (wife and I)'s cellphones.
A Few Clouds and 38°F. Expecting a Sunny 61 | 43 °F.

I was forced to find a new quick way to access local weather. This browser addon works quite well with one click. My desktop gadget stopped working a week ago so I had to do some searching. The weather station is just a few blocks from me so it's quite accurate as well. It seems safe to use. My avast a/v, virus total online scanner and malwarebytes all say it's ok.
