    looking for outlook email support

    am willing to find a peer to peer site to help me with my wifes email account .. it crashed out of the blue today ..

    says it cannot access a folder ..

    any ideas for outside paid peer help ?

    The BIG (423,000) one I need the small one opens ok

    What version of Outlook (year) are you using. There are limits to the .pst file size, and you may have exceeded those. There are recovery mechanisms available. Post the .pst file size.

    Office 2016
    .pst size is around 423,624 KB

    After making a backup copy of the PST file, Repair it.

    Repair Outlook Data Files (.pst and .ost)

    Now that I look at the first attachment, I see part of the issue.

    It is never a good idea to store an active (non-backup) .pst file anywhere except on the local hard drive. If the connection to the network or internet share is lost, you can get data corruption, lost files, or at the very least temporary loss of access to your email and contacts. OneDrive is especially notorious for access issues and loss of files.
