    Spot the Station

    What ho one and all,

In the past, I have been a 'devout' follower of International Space Station viewings as it passes overhead, receiving viewing updates from NASA.

I want to renew the e-mails, have filled in all the boxes and receive a message saying that I must enter the code, sent to my e-mail address.

It never comes and it is not in my spam or junk folder. So where can it be? How do I sign on to NASA?

    Thanks and toodle pip

Have you tried logging in to your email via a web browser instead of with Outlook Express? If it's being seen as spam or a promotion by the online interface then it may not be reaching your email client.

VirtualDr email notices are not working.
    Check back regularly for responses.

If Fink's idea doesn't help-> Look in the HELP section of the site asking for the code.

Triple check you didn't make a type-o on the address.
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

It is possible that your email provider (gmail?) is just deleting the emails as spam, without informing you or sending them to your spam folder. Since Google does not have any technical support options, you may need to set up another email account to get them. Protonmail would probably work.

Not in my on-line spam folder, they just don't exist. Last year, I was receiving viewing times to the same e-mail address.

while I will not be attending, I do receive NASA up-dates on rocket launch schedule and the Artemis program, just not the ISS.

Exactly. Google may just be deleting them with no notification.

Last year, I was receiving viewing times to the same e-mail address.
That was last year, this is now. Since when does Google keep anything the same?
