If system restore is enabled on your computer you could try going back to a time shortly before the problem started and see if that fixes it. Unfortunately system restore is not enabled by default on Win 10 systems and you'd had to have manually done so yourself.

Another, somewhat riskier thing would be to reinstall the program. Riskier because it's so much older than the OS and its updates that it might not reinstall properly even if you tried doing it using compatibility mode. I'd only do that if I had a complete disk image made with something like Acronis TrueImage so I could reverse any problems encountered.
