Not an issue, just trying to understand how it works.
I do have a Dropbox account but have only ever used it for my own file back-up with a number of folders containing the various files.
However, I have recently taken some Jubilee Street Party photos for the local parish council and told the residents of the road, that they can have access to the photos via Dropbox.
If I upload the photos to a folder within my account, do I send the link to that folder to the road chairman? Since I can only access the folders and files using my log-in details, how does he (and the residents) see those photos without my log-in details?
Hilite the pic you want to share, click the 3 dots, and select "copy link" then whoever you send that link to can view that pic and only that pic or whichever number of links you send them. Or if there are a lot of pics you can share a whole folder. The recipients of those links do not need your login or any other info.
VirtualDr email notices are not working.

Thank you. I will give it a try. Have only ever sued DB for myself or sent folders to A.N.Other via We Transfer. But in this case, DB seems a better option.
