    Resolved [RESOLVED] Windows EMail

    I could not send or receive Email on this Laptop only. I deleted the account and then readded it. But I still can't send or receive. Email works fine on my other desktop and Iphone.

    Are you using the same email application program on the laptop as on the desktop? Same settings for that program?

    I assume that you can access the Internet from the laptop without any issues.

    What error message(s), if any, do you get when you try to send email?

    Have you tried using a web browser and logging in to your email provider's webmail page to send email?
