[RESOLVED] Keyboard (s) not working...
Acer Windows 10 (not sure past that) less than 3 months old. Keyboard stopped working. I switched to two other keyboards--still not working. I shut it down and restarted with each "new" keyboard, but still won't work. Mouse and keyboard are both usb. Mouse works fine. I switched the keyboard to different ports--even the mouse port, but still not working. THEN I pulled up the "virtual keyboard", and it doesn't work! I am stuck at the login screen, but it will not let me put in the password. Without the keyboard, you can't even start in safe mode or look at the bios--at least as far as I know. Any ideas? Thanks!

Is this a Laptop or a Desktop?
If Laptop - look for an "F" Function key that has a keyboard on it and press it.... You might have to press the fN key will holding the Function key.
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

Update: This is my husbands pc. He told the "alpha" password, but it was a numerical password. Ugh! Worked just fine when entering numbers. Problem solved. Thanks for responding.
