[RESOLVED] JBL Bluetooth Headphones - Windows 10 PC Can't Find
Hello.
I received some JBL Tune510 BT (bluetooth) headphones for Xmas. I paired them with my Samsung Smart TV, no problem.
However, my Windows 10 Lenovo PC can't seem to find them for pairing.
I found various web advice to go to "Bluetooth & other devices" in Settings and then go to "Add bluetooth or other device".
This is what I get.

And, yes, the Bluetooth button on that screen is in the 'on' position. Here is my system info.

When I paired my bluetooth mouse with my tablet I had to reboot the tablet with the nearby mouse turned on the first time so it would see it. Worth a try with your phones. Also try turning the phones off, then on with that bluetooth list open to see if it appears after they're turned on.

Note that many older desktop PCs did Not come with Bluetooth. There are many USB-to-Bluetooth adapters available ... starting at under $5, including shipping, at Amazon: https://smile.amazon.com/s?k=usb-to-...f=sr_nr_p_85_1
Happy New Year!

Thanks to all, but I'm afraid it was a case of operator error.
I finally remembered that the indicator light on the headphones has to be blinking for the JBLs to actually be in pairing mode. Just being on is not enough.
Doh!
