Can't register .dll
I've been installing As Admin but some Admins don't have any authority.
If this is a privileges issue, how to I get sufficient control?

Note:
That file you deleted may have to be restored for things to work again.
Try an sfc /scannow command to replace it.

No kidding
Tried scannow, it didn't find any integrity issues.
I'm trying some different Visual C++ runtimes - do I have to uninstall earlier ones?
