Also restart one of the browsers in troubleshooting mode.. with firefox click help>troublshoot mode>restart. Don't click 'refresh' when prompted otherwise you'll lose all your extensions and settings permanently.

The ipv4 addresses could be an issue. Post what you have for those on the working and non-working computers.

Not sure what the /24 would mean, but those IP addresses are in the correct range.
However, the important information would be the DNS Server IP addresses, and the Gateway IP addresses.
If those are all the same, then it might be time to scan for malware on the 2 problem computers.
I assume that there are no proxy servers in use on any of the computers.

/24 is the class C IP subnet mask. That's correct for 192.168.0.x networks. You'll also see it as 255.255.255.0.

Check your public IP address every few hours here:
https://www.whatismyip.com/
and here:
https://ipchicken.com/
To see if it's changing. You're IP address here, which only we mods/admins can see behind the scenes, isn't always the same and one of them is coming from a domain that when I check it on line gives warnings.

2 other possible tests to try:
1. Boot from a live Linux CD/DVD, see if you can get to the web sites using that.
2. Try connecting one of the problem systems to someone else's Internet connection, see if the problem is still there.

digital reflection was the problem which is a internet meter i installed
That would explain why the sites in question were flagging and here at VRDR were seeing unusual IP addresses from you.
