[RESOLVED] I can't install Spotify. Underlying causes?

win 10 Home Pro, Gigabyte mobo 1156, 24g DDR3 RAM

I did a computer reset last week. My mobo is maybe 10 years old or more. Mostly, things work well. I'm wondering why I can't install Spotify. Here's a screenshot. spotify glitch.jpg

Is that an error 54? That image is hard to read.

Learn how to use Snipping Tools to make great screenshots. You can only capture what you need. It is built into Windows.

I just did a search "download Spotify" and got the link, Dld it and it installed. Those Appdata solutions looked scary to me. I'm glad this worked. THANK YOU as always, don't know what I'd do w/o you guys.
