Hotmail incomplete, some to archive & Junk, none to inbox
I do not use Hotmail but my brother, with few laptop and computer skills, uses Hotmail. Something happened 4 days ago that has some of his incoming mail goes to junk mail, and some goes to Archive, none to inbox. I did a search for something to help him and nothing I found matched any of his screens. He uses Win 10 on a HP laptop, all personal mail, no business mail at all. Somebody using his email address sent those scam letters about do you have an Amazon account and he has gotten emails telling him his email was hacked. Don't know if this could have caused his issue or not. I am his computer assistant. Poor him!! Anyway, is there some link I could use to go and help him out. How does he disconnect the automatic archive and for those emails going to junk, get that filter changed. Thanks for any suggestions.

Also, I would run scans with his antivirus software and Malwarebytes to check for possible hacker activity or malware.
