Sound problems - every day
The problem being no sound. It's usually fixed by the diagnostics and the issue is usually, 'Format not set to default' Fixed! I have sound devices, programs and drivers that support just about every format so what it that message talking about?
And once fixed, I walk away and I've got the same trouble when I get back, in the same session before any audio has been played.
VLC player has been my standard for years but it stutters now and I have to use Pot Player or Windows Media Player.
Even worse, this computer only exists for digital audio and audio is the only thing it won't reliably do.
How do I get to the bottom of this?
Thanks - rev
PS: I get sound from Studio One
