MSConFig; don't understand
What ho one and all,
Was checking MSConFig to see if a program was loading during boot (it isn't) and saw this layout and don't understand.
Attachment 15494
If Service has a check against it and its Status is stopped, what does it mean? Similarly, there are a few Services with no check mark and the Status is running.
I don't understand; hope you can help.

Services and Programs are two different things. Programs/Applications would usually be listed in the Startup tab.

The check mark indicates that the Service is loaded at startup, Stopped indicates that it is not running at present.
A Service with no check mark that shows running was loaded as needed after startup.
