That appears to be a way for your neighbors to use your WiFi connection to connect their devices to the Internet, or, a way for your devices to extend the coverage range of your WiFi for devices with the capability.

if your neighbor's internet goes down, their smart devices can temporarily connect to your router and the Sidewalk network you've created. If Amazon has its way, entire blocks will become Sidewalk networks
Not exactly something you'd want if you live in a country that monitors your online connections.
