Question Any GUI-based apps to masscopy files while leaving all folderdates intact in Windows?

I know that you can do this with commandline tools like Robocopy, but the issue is that I need to mass-select several dozen folders and selectively exclude specific folders or sub-folders, no real easy way to do that with a commandline.

But if I use standard Windows copy tools that's just going to change the dates on all the folders as it basically re-creates them on a copy.

Any freeware GUI based tools to do something like this?
