    RESIZE PICS

    Hi
    Ive got resizer installed and im trying to batch resize about 30 pics

    but get a notice... you need admin permission to procede etc ...

    is there any solution to this

    thanks for help or comments....

    Which resizer software?

    Post the location of the folder where you have the images saved.

    ITS called.... Image resizer for windows....

    here is one of the jpegs I ve been trying to resize,,,, see attached

    Are these images that you created or are they ones that you downloaded from the Internet?

    If it is an image you created, what folder do you have it saved in?

    Have you tried copying it to a different folder and re-sizing?

    THANKS for advice... I downloaded the latest version of Resizer

    and have been able to resize most of the pics.... there are however about

    15 that say ....access to path is denied..... and I cant resize them

    On the image files where you get the "access denied" error, create a C:\Temp folder and COPY the files there. See if you can re-size the copies in the C:\Temp folder that you created.

    i get notice that a file cant contain : in the name

    So...what happens when you fix the file name?

    That is a "Temp" folder on the C drive.

    i THOUGHT YOU meant create a folder with C:\Temp folder as the name
    Ill go to c drive and give it a try .....

    bingo... it worked... all the 11 files have been resized

    some how Im going to have to remember that trick for the future !
