What make and model of laptop are you using? There is generally a function key sequence to activate the Duplicate function.

What is the make/model of the TV also?
Note that when you duplicate screens, you might need the lower your resolution of your primary screen.

That's a 4K tv, so it should be able to handle pretty high resolutions. What resolution is your laptop set to? Maybe the tv doesn't like the ratio?
What video card does that laptop have? Are you using the Intel video controls or just the standard Windows 10 video properties to do the duplicating?

The graphics adapter on my laptop are Intlel Graphics 4000 and a NVIDA NVS 5200M.
The resolution on my laptop was set to 1600x900, changed it to 1024x768 but it not correct my problem.
I have used either, FN + f8 or Win Logo=P to activate the external display.

Disabling the Built-in Display card did the trick. Thank you all.
I did download and run Restora PC repair tool, it found many errors, but requires payment before it fixes errors. Should I pay .

Glad you figured it out. Do NOT pay. I would uninstall Restora and then run Malwarebytes.
