    DirectX removed?

Has Microsoft stop providing the DirectX 12 software for download on their main site?

I had to reinstall Windows 10 and I play World of Tanks, Once I went to launch the game I got an error message about a .dll file missing. I found out that it was a
DirectX file, so I went to the Microsoft DirectX download page and got this notice from Microsoft download page "We're sorry, this download is no longer available."

DirectX versions and updates by Operating System

Windows 10 and Server 2016 Technical Preview

DirectX 11.3 and 12 are included with these Windows versions.

Updates will be available through Windows Update. There is no stand-alone package for these versions of DirectX.

Nothing was there about reinstalling DirectX. Maybe I missed it some how. But what if some how if a file comes up missing or corrupt how will Windows Update know to reinstall it? and why remove it from the download page. To tell you the truth I think that they are forcing people to having buy updated graphics cards by doing this.
